Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.

We offer free local pickup at our shop:

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
