Refund policy

At Shaman’s Harvest Forgotten Remedies, we take pride in offering high-quality herbal products and apothecary goods. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place:

Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened non-consumable items within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Loose herbs

  • Tea blends

  • Tinctures, extracts, or ingestible products

  • Opened or used items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
